- Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping within U.S. – FOB Rancho Cucamonga, California, USA. Shipping and insurance will be added to the order invoice.
- Returns & Replacement
- Returned product must be accompanied by an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) Number. Only merchandise credit will be issued unless a shipping error occurs from the manufacturer (Eagle Labs). Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Product returns will be accepted within 6 months from original ship date.
